A low supersymmetry breaking scale (i.e. which has an ultralight gravitino) is a particularly natural and interesting possibility. It has been argued that such a scenario requires Dirac masses for the gauginos instead of Majorana ones, and yet experimental searches and phenomenological analyses have focused on the Majorana case only. I will describe the necessary couplings and a simplified model scenario ideal for future searches, with some projections for LHC13. I will also briefly mention some work in progress on two loop Higgs mass calculations.
