Description
Tests of the Standard Model with Flavor Physics push the scale of "generic" New Physics to 10^4 or even 10^5 TeV. However, some recent tensions in flavor observables could be pointing to relatively light new physics with a curious flavor structure, even breaking lepton-flavor universality. I will review the status of these tensions and discuss to what extent they seem to conspire constructively in a consistent pattern.
