Gauge-Higgs Unification in SUSY Orbifold GUTs

SUSY orbifold GUTs with Gauge-Higgs unification are a well-motivated class of Beyond the Standard Model physics models. This talk will mainly review the construction of such models, their natural appearance in string theory, and some of their general properties. Recent advances concerning the phenomenology of specific examples will also be addressed.
