  properties provide a test of dark-matter models.Stellar streams act as in
 direct tracers\, as subhalo interactions induce measurable density fluctua
 tions.Survey systematics can mimic these signals and bias the interpretati
 on.We present a statistical study using mock streams quantifying the impac
 t of LSST systematics on fluctuation detectability and dark-matter sensiti
