I discuss recent developments in the direct search for Dark Matter by looking for DM-nucleus scattering events in underground detectors. I review the results from various experiments, including stringent limits from XENON100 and CDMS, as well as possible hints for a Dark Matter signal in DAMA and CoGeNT. I discuss implications and possible interpretations of the data.
