The 1- and 2-loop RGEs for the MSSM are well known today. However, calculations of the MSSM spectrum often use the simplification to integrate out all supersymmertric particles at the same energy scale. In this talk, results without this simplification will be shown, i.e. every particle is integrated out at the energy corresponding to its mass by using the step-beta-approach. It turns out that for the effective theories between the heaviest and lightest supersymmetric particle SUSY-relations between couplings are not valid any longer. Here the focus will be on the relations between the four-scalar couplings and the gauge and Yukawa couplings.
