Financial support is possible if registered BEFORE November 5th.
In order to prepare the budget, please let us know your financial request and the approximate amount.
RFTech can support participations in the following way:
• Reimbursement of the main travelling costs (train, plane, shuttle out of Switzerland, but not taxis or car rental)
• Per diem support (143 euros per day) for hotel, lunches etc.
• Payment/reimbursement will be done after the workshop, upon presentation of expenses (hotel invoice, tickets) to be sent to JM De Conto
In order to justify expenses to Europe, supported participants are kindly asked to do a presentation and a short document (2-3 pages) for proceedings (free format and template)

- Bank's account information (paper document only, to give to JM De Conto
- If you use our own car: Driving licence + copy the the vehicle registration document
- Provide the informations required in FORM1 and FORM2 (and ask me for French translation, I will help you to fill this document)
