Registration (for ATLAS members)
CAUTION :
We have taken options on a limited number of rooms and negotiated the price with a few hotels near the railway station (see : Hotels - Accomodation).
These options will be valid until March 5th, 2016. Be careful, the hotel capacities near the train station or in the city center are limited and there are many scientific congresses and exhibitions in Grenoble. So after March 5th, please look for accomodation before registering to the workshop.
Full participants: 310 €
The registration fees include :
- A welcoming wine and cheese reception on Monday April 11th
- Coffee breaks and 5 lunches
- The conference dinner in Grenoble on Wednesday April 13th
Accompagnying people
Accompagnying people can join the conference dinner and the wine & cheese reception for an additional fee of 60 €.How to register
A two-step process:
1) Pre-register and fill-in the online form. Make sure to select the Tarification "registration fees", otherwise the system will not let us validate your registration.2) Upon acceptance via email, confirm your registration and proceed with payment by credit card -prefered- or bank transfer. For payment by bank transfer, you must specify your name and the name of the workshop : ATLAS EXOTICS
Caution for people from French labs: CNRS researchers and university lecturers
- You need to check on the online form "CNRS employee", even if you are University lecturer
- For payment (other payment method), check "transfert'. Your will receive an e-mail with your purchase order to give to your financial service
