Lyon – Saint Exupéry Airport: Located one hour from Grenoble. Regular shuttle buses serve the Grenoble bus station as well as the "Grenoble Oxford" stop located near the laboratory.

Geneva International Airport: Located two hours from Grenoble. A shuttle service operates between Geneva International Airport and the Grenoble bus station or the "Grenoble Oxford" stop.

Recommendation: book an hotel near the Grenoble main train station (tramway B is direct from the train station to the laboratory located at the terminus "Grenoble Oxford", 10mn from the back of the train station)

The registration fee will include lunches, coffee breaks and Conference dinner. Indicate any dietary requirements on the application form.
The Conference dinner will be help at the restaurant du téléphérique (https://restaurantdutelepherique.fr/) located in the heart of the Bastille fort above the city of Grenoble and accessible by the 'bubbles' (name of the local cable car) (address: 5 chemin de la Bastille, 38000 Grenoble)
An optional dinner (to be paid by each participant) will be organised at the restaurant "Le Bouillon A" (https://www.bouillon-a.com/) located between LPSC and the train station along tramway B (address: 5 Place Nelson Mandela, 38000 Grenoble)
