This workshop will bring together a small number of experts to discuss the theoretical implications of the recent LHC excess, in particular regarding supersymmetric models. The format of the meeting will be quite informal. We plan to have an initial day with presentations on Jan 30, followed by up to 3 days of discussions and project work (depending on participants' availabilities).
