Registration
CAUTION :
We have taken options on a limited number of rooms and negotiated the price with a few hotels near the railway station (see : Hotels - Accomodation).
These options will be valid until the 19th of August 2013. Be careful, the hotel capacities near the train station or in the city center are limited and there are many scientific congresses and exhibitions in Grenoble. After August 19, please look for accomodation before registering to the workshop.
Full participants: 150 €
The registration fees include :
- A welcoming cocktail (at the salon of the Hotel de l'Institut)
- Coffee breaks and 3 lunches
- A dinner at Le Pere Gras in Grenoble
- A visit of the Grenoble Musee of Art
- Public transportation within Grenoble (10 bus/tram tickets)
Accompagnying people
Accompagnying people can join the conference diner. Additional fees 50 €.How to register
A two-step process:
1) Pre-register and fill-in the online form.2) Upon acceptance via email, confirm your registration and proceed with payment (credit card -prefered- or bank transfer).
Fellowship
Financial support will be provided to a limited number of students and young postdocs. Applications for financial support should be submitted as follow:- When filling the registration step 1), select reduced fees
- Email the organizers with a brief CV and reference letter from the advisor or group leader
Caution for people from French labs: CNRS researchers and university lecturers
- You need to check on the online form "CNRS employee", even if you are University lecturer
- For payment (other payment method), check "transfert'. Your will receive an e-mail with your purchase order to give to your financial service
