Important: A global prereservation has been done for rooms for the 24/25 and 25/26 nights. For other nights, please tell me (even I look on the date given in your registration form)

The accomodation is included in the conference participation and paied by RFTech.
In order to permit EU full financial support, the accomodation must be at Imperial Palace. Any other accomodation will not be reimbursed.
