Accompanying person
Accompanying persons are welcome to the Excursion (45€) and the Banquet (55€). Registration of accompanying person can be done directly through the registration form. If you plan to bring children, please let us know their number and age (ecris10@lpsc.in2p3.fr) to propose you special children rates.
A companion program is foreseen, the idea is to visit the Grenoble Painting Museum and the City center helped with a guide. The higher the number, the lower the price. A 2H visit costs 110€ for a group up to 40. Please select the corresponding box in the registration form if you are interested. The payment of the Companion program will be done directly at the time of workshop.

Cancellation of Registration
The Workshop registration is managed by the Floralis company (congres@floralis.fr). The running costs for registering and cancelling any registration are 40€. So, before August 7th, the refunding of the conference fee is the price you paid X-40€. In case of a cancellation between August 7th 2010 and 15th, extra charges of 50€ for the orders we already invested for you are due (you should then be refunded by the sum you paid X-90€.) In case of a cancellation after August 15th, the refunding rate will be calculated on the basis of the actual order placed at the date of cancellation.
